Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected changes may arise for our clients, leading to the decision to cancel a reserved tour. We also recognize the importance of reservations, which is why we prepare your tour in advance.

Below, we detail our refund policy:

  • Cancellation made 7 days or more in advance: if you cancel your reservation at least 10 days before the date of your tour, you will be refunded 90% of the total cost of your tour.
  • Cancellation made less than 7 days in advance: if the cancellation is made less than 10 days before the tour, you will be refunded 80% of the cost of your tour.
  • Cancellation made on the same day of the tour: if you cancel your reservation within 24 hours before your tour, no refund will be issued.

Weather Conditions
We monitor weather conditions 3 days prior and on the day of your tour. If adverse weather is forecasted on the day of your tour, you will be notified in advance and your tour will be postponed to the following day. If bad weather persists, we will cancel your tour and provide a full refund of the total cost of your tour.

Mechanical Issues
If we experience any mechanical problems with the boat on the day of your tour, we will offer you the option to reschedule the tour for another day. If the problem persists and we are unable to conduct the tour, we will cancel the tour and refund 100% of the cost.
We can also offer you the option to switch to another boat of similar cost, if you prefer.

Refund Policy for Cruise Ship Passengers

If the cruise ship is unable to dock in Grand Cayman on the scheduled date due to adverse weather conditions, or if there is a mechanical issue with our boat that prevents the tour from taking place, the tour will be canceled and the full cost of the tour will be refunded.

Adverse Weather Conditions
If the cruise ship docks in Grand Cayman and weather conditions are unfavorable (strong winds and rough seas) that prevent your tour from occurring, the full cost of the tour will also be refunded.

Cancellation by the Passenger
If the passenger wishes to cancel their tour on their own, they must do so at least 7 days in advance of the tour date. In this case, 90% of the tour cost will be refunded.

If the cancellation is made with less than 24 hours’ notice prior to the tour date, no refund will be processed.
