In the case of inclement weather or any other valid reason on our part, we will cancel the trip, and no charges will be incurred.
If you need to cancel your reservation with us, please do so at least 72 hours in advance. If you do not cancel within this time period, we will only refund 80% of the cost. (If you booked by phone, you will lose the full 20% deposit.)
If for any reason your cruise ship cannot stop in port in Grand Cayman on the scheduled date, we will cancel your trip, and no charges will be incurred.
